I originally took my car here on March 2017 for a transmission rebuild. Years later with my car still under warranty, I brought it back from a mechanic misdiagnosed a problem with it. The problem with my car was that the passenger side axel needed to be replaced and not the transmission. The mechanic here Scott was very professional and fixed the problem in a timely manner. The service here is high in quality and the price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who has problems with their vehicles.

So this place took advantage of my mom and when we called for a partial refund, they got an attitude. I don't mind paying for labor but paying costs for a service that didn't work is ridiculous. They misdiagnosed the issue and now we're out of $400. The issue with the car was the alternator and I'm sure they knew that but still charged us for something they knew wouldn't fix the issue. Our car stalled out on us only a few hours after getting the car back from this place. Would not recommend this place to anyone, all they want is money and have bad customer service. All I am saying is after you kept the truck for two months putting in an engine I drove the truck for 2 weeks the truck ran high I brought it back to you you did not change the sensor inside the intake the sensor was $20 I brought you the sensor after that you kept the truck for another 44 days because I was in a rental car at the time leaving me with the bill of 1300 in $85 I'm sitting here right now at advance about to buy a radiator because now water antifreeze is leaking out of the radiator and none of this was my problem my transmission mount every time I'm backing up out of my driveway I hear the mount and the bracket shift and click no one is saying anything about my experience here I am $8,000 later and I'm on my own my intake manifolds are so Rusty that when I start the truck in the morning they it sounds like a race car this is a luxury vehicle Lincoln navigator all you had to say was hey you put a new engine you need intakes I would have gotten them you said to me after you put the truck together that I need to give you another $500 to do what was to be done or what should have been done the first time

The manager Scott is a really nice person, he has good customer service skills.

Same day service. My minivan was ready exactly when promised. Had worn out axel replaced. Friendly and fairly priced. Waiting room is like a cozy rec room. 😃

I cannot recommend Mr. Transmission highly enough. Went to a dealership first where I was told I would need a new transmission and would be better off buying a new car. Went to Mr. Transmission who said he didn't think so. The folks at Mr Transmission went above and beyond, finally diagnosing my problem as related to steering. They fixed it completely and didn't charge me nearly enough. Next time, I'll steer clear of dealership and go straight to Mr Transmission North Decatur. Thanks so much.
