Whoever answered the phone was rude and assumed that my transmission was bad because I asked him the cost of the fluid change. I wouldn't trust them with a fluid exchange.

I was having some clutch issues with my 2012 Suzuki Kizashi. Its a very rare car and no mechanic has ever heard of them. I brought my car to Scott at Mr. Transmission and he was able to quickly diagnose that I didn't have any break fluid. Didn't charge me a dime! I'm a poor nursing school student and this was a huge relief. Great service and very nice people. I highly recommend!

My van was vibrating and rattling like crazy so I took it here. The guys fixed us up and got my van back to where it was safe to drive again. The price was fair and the people were honest. Definitely would recommend.

Scott was very helpful and communicative. Fixed the issue in 2 days and ending up being less than I thought. Just FYI the free towing offer is only valid for jobs over $1,000 so that cost $75.

Resigned myself to dropping thousands on a new/rebuilt transmission. Scott let me know that it was simply a radiator leak and could be fixed for under $300. Honesty is hard to come by in the world of mechanics, but Scott is one of the truly honest and customer-oriented people out there.
